Bone-in Skin-on Chicken Legs

Combine the marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and marinate.

Turn the Instant pot sauté button on and sear the chicken on both sides in hot oil.

Pressure cook the chicken, reserved marinade, the chicken broth and the onions.

Turn the Instant pot to sauté, bring the sauce to a boil and reduce until the sauce thickens.

Serve and enjoy!

Pressure cook bone-in chicken thighs for 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of a natural pressure release. The chicken will not be completely cooked, but will finish cooking while you cook down the sauce.
