Homemade Dinner Rolls

I finally found what I have been looking for for years. These are so soft and delicious. Loved them. Will be using this recipe from now on. Thank you for sharing.

INGREDIENTS

Instant Yeast

Granulated Sugar

Egg

+

Milk

Flour

First, proof the yeast by combine it with warm milk and a tablespoon of sugar.

Combine all the ingredients, adding the flour one cup at a time.

Beat on medium speed until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough in the mixer or by hand.

Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and let it rise until it doubles in size.

Cut and shape the rolls and place them in a greased baking pan.

Allow the yeast rolls to rise.

Bake and brush them with melted butter for extra flavor!

Serve and enjoy!

You can freeze baked homemade rolls by wrapping them tightly with aluminum foil.
