I was looking for an amazing salsa recipe and I am so glad I gave this recipe a try. Yes, it’s even better than the ones at the restaurant.

INGREDIENTS

Tomatoes

Cilantro

Char tomatoes and chiles on all sides, rotating as needed until blackened.

Place the tomatoes in a food processor and pulse until they are blended with a small chunks.

Cut the chiles, remove the stems and seeds and chopped them into small dice.

Mix everything and season it with lime juice and salt.

Serve and enjoy!

Allow the fresh salsa to sit in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and also chills the salsa.
