This homemade macaroni and cheese recipe is rich, creamy, and flavorful. The crispy, golden brown Panko topping takes classic mac to new heights!

In a small bowl, mix the topping ingredients.

Cook and drain the pasta.

Make a roux by mixing melted butter and flour.

Slowly pour in the milk, half and half and seasoning and whisk until smooth.

Add the shredded cheese, in small increments.

Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked macaroni and toss well.
