Halloween Donuts

These turned out perfect! We made them in orange and the kids did their own decorations. They had so much fun!

WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS RECIPE?

You don’t need special cooking skills to make these homemade donuts, and it can be ready in less than 30 minutes.

Whisk together the dry ingredients, and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir together until well combined.

Spoon the batter into the baking pan and bake.

To make the glaze, whisk the powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract.

Add food coloring and mix until the color is well blended.

Dip each donut halfway into the icing then, place on the wire rack.

To pipe the cobwebs, melt the white chocolate in the microwave and decorate.

Serve and enjoy!

Don’t overmix the batter. Remember that over-mixing the batter can make the donuts chewy rather than light and fluffy.
