Halloween No-Bake Cheesecake

Love it!! This is such a cool cheesecake. Definitely a show stopper!

Butter

Cream Cheese

Powdered Sugar

Oreo Cookies

Lemon Juice

Sour Cream

Heavy Cream

Unflavored Gelatin

Cream Soda

Process the Oreos with melted butter.

Press the Oreo crust evenly into a spring form pan.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and sour cream.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.

Separate a little bit of cheesecake into a small bowl and stir in some pumpkin spice caramel.

Spread half of the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust.

Top that layer with the pumpkin spice caramel cheesecake mixture.

Add the remaining cheesecake mixture, spread it evenly and refrigerate.

Dissolve the gelatin in the warm soda.

Assemble and decorate.

Serve and enjoy!

Add as much or as little pumpkin spice caramel to the fluffy cheesecake layer, or just keep this layer as simple vanilla cheesecake.
