INGREDIENTS

Tri-Tip Steak

Red Wine Vinegar

Oil

Onion Powder

In a small mixing bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients.

Pat dry the tri-tip with paper towels and season it with the dry rub.

Combine the basting liquid ingredients.

Grill the steak according to the instructions provided.

Place roast on a cutting board and allow it to rest, then thinly slice it against the grain.
