Grilled Steak Kebabs

The marinade is so good! I used bell peppers, mushrooms and eggplant and it was delish!!

INGREDIENTS

Beef Sirloin Tips

Bell Peppers

+

Cremini Mushrooms

+

Olive Oil

+

Rosemary

+

Worcestershire Sauce

Lemon Juice

+

Garlic

Honey

Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a medium bowl.

Place the cut steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the meat.

Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour and up to 8 hours.

Toss the bell peppers and mushrooms with the reserved marinade.

Assemble the kebabs.

Place the kebabs on the hot grill and cook according to the instructions provided.

Serve and enjoy!

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling so they don’t burn on the grill.
