Grilled Steak with Chimichurri

Such great tips for cooking the steak. I’m not usually a ribeye girl but this has changed my mind! This chimichurri is the bomb too!

INGREDIENTS

Onions

Garlic

Red Wine Vinegar

Cilantro

Ribeye Steaks

+

Parsley

Lemon Juice

In a food processor, place the fresh parsley and chopped garlic and pulse until chopped finely.

Add the cilantro, red wine vinegar and lemon juice and pulse until chopped finely.

Add the olive oil and the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine.

Pat the steaks dry and brush them with a little bit of olive oil.

Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Grill the steaks for about 3-5 minutes per side for medium rare.

Remove the steaks from the grill and allow them to rest for 5-8 minutes, before slicing.

Serve and enjoy!

Chimichuri can be stored in the fridge an air tight container for a couple of days.
