Grilled Portobello Mushrooms Caprese

I love Portobello Mushrooms and this recipe is for now on my favorite! The combination of all the different flavors make this special. Total Hit!!!!

INGREDIENTS

Portobello Mushrooms

Olive Oil

+

Balsamic Vinegar

+

Cherry Tomatoes

+

Mozzarella

+

Fresh Basil

+

Balsamic Glaze

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Clean the portobello mushrooms with a paper towels and remove the stems and gills.

Mix the marinade ingredients in a resealable bag and marinade the mushrooms for 10 minutes.

Grill the mushrooms stems side down for about 5 minutes and then flip them.

Top the mushrooms with the caprese salad and close the grill to allow the heat to melt the cheese.

Serve and enjoy!

I like to grate the garlic for this recipe, however you can used minced garlic.
