Grilled Pork Tenderloin

You have some of my favorite marinade recipes on your blog but I think this is my top 1. I thought the pork will turned out dry but oh, I was so wrong! Thank you for another amazing recipe!

INGREDIENTS

Pork Tenderloin

Pineapple Juice

+

Olive Oil

+

Garlic Powder

+

Onion Powder

+

Dried Oregano

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Place the tenderloin and the pineapple juice in a large resealable plastic bag and marinate.

In a small bowl, combine the spices for the dry rub.

Rub the tenderloin with the olive oil and then season it with the spice mix.

Cook in the grill according to instructions provided.

Allow the meat to rest before slicing.

Serve and enjoy!

Make sure you get a pork tenderloin and not a pork loin. Pork loin is a larger and thicker piece of meat that needs additional time cooking.
