Grilled Mahi Mahi

with Mango Lime Sauce

I made this recipe and can’t tell you enough how much I like it. Is very simple, DELICIOUS!!

INGREDIENTS

Mahi-Mahi

Olive Oil

+

Italian Seasoning

+

Ginger

+

Limes

+

Butter

+

+

Wine

+

Heavy Cream

+

Sugar

To prepare the mango-lime butter, simmer the mango, wine, sugar, ginger and lime juice.

Add the cream and mix well.

Remove from the heat and pour into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Return to the saucepan and simmer. Then, add the butter, one piece at a time.

Pat dry the fish, brush with olive oil on both sides and season it.

Place the fish on the hot grill and cook until opaque.

Serve and enjoy!

Do NOT boil the Mango Lime sauce or it will separate!
