Grilled Mahi Mahi

This recipe was AMAZING! Unbelievably delicious and very easy to make. I kept the sauce on a thermos to keep it warm. Will make it again for sure.

Lime Juice

Mango

Because of it’s great firm texture, you can also use a grill pan. Pan seared or baked mahi mahi are great options too if you don’t feel like grilling.

Combine the mango, wine, sugar, ginger and lime juice and simmer until it becomes syrupy.

Add the cream and mix well.

Remove from the heat, pour into a blender and blend until smooth.

Return to the saucepan and simmer until it thicken a little. Then add the butter.

Prep the fillets according to the instructions provided.

Place the fish on the grill and allow it to cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Serve and enjoy!

The wine butter sauce can be reheated with gentle heat in a water bath (bain marie).
