Rum or Brandy

Flour

Butter

Baking Powder

Sugar

INGREDIENTS

Vanilla Extract

Eggs

Apples

+

Salt

Whisk together the dry ingredients.

Mix wet ingredients.

Add dry ingredients into wet mixture.

Fold in the chopped apples, transfer to a baking pan and bake.

Cool for about 30 minutes and unmold.

Using a fine sieve, dust the cake with confectioners’ sugar.

Serve and enjoy!

You can omit the rum or the brandy if preferred. You don’t need to substitute them in this recipe.
