INGREDIENTS

Shredded Chicken

Chicken Broth

+

Onions and Garlic

+

Tomatoes

+

Tortillas

+

Oregano and Cumin

+

+

Ground Cloves and adobo

Chicken Bouillon

Saute the onions until they become translucent.

Stir in the chipotles, adobo sauce and spices and cook.

Stir in the tomatoes, honey, stock and chicken bouillon. Bring to a simmer and cook.

Blend until smooth.

Return the sauce to the skillet, stir in the chicken and cook over low heat.

Serve and enjoy!

You can use rotisserie chicken, poached chicken, roast chicken or chicken cooked in the pressure cooker to make this  recipe.
