Banana Bread

Super easy to make. I’m not a good cook or baker so I really appreciated the step by step photos. It turned out perfect and was devoured in no time.

INGREDIENTS

Baking Soda

Butter

Brown Sugar

Flour

Salt

Cinnamon

Greek Yogurt

Bananas

Vanilla Extract

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until creamy and smooth.

Add the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet banana mixture.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake.

Serve and enjoy!

Do not over mix the batter. Over mixing results in drier crumb and denser bread.
