Dutch Baby Pancake

Powdered Sugar

INGREDIENTS

Milk

+

Eggs

+

Sugar

+

Flour

+

Butter

+

Vanilla Extract

+

Salt

+

Lemon (Optional)

+

Berries (Optional)

In a blender, combine all the ingredients.

Place the butter in a cast iron skillet and melt it in the oven.

Take the skillet from the oven and add the pancake batter to the pan.

Return the skillet to the oven and bake.

Serve and enjoy!

Resting the batter for about 10 minutes before baking helps the pancake rise beautifully. Although this is not a required step, it’s something I do when I have time.
