Cuban Picadillo

This was so much better than my favorite cuban restaurant. I’m so glad I found this recipe so I don’t have to eat out again!

Beef Broth

INGREDIENTS

Olives

+

Bell Peppers

+

Canned Tomatoes

+

Ground Beef

+

Potatoes

+

Bay Leaves

+

Ground Cumin

+

Dried Oregano

+

Worcestershire Sauce

+

Cumin and Oregano

+

Onions

+

Garlic Cloves

+

Sauté the onions and bell peppers until they become soft.

Stir in the garlic and tomato paste.

Add the ground beef and season it.

Add the broth and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add the rest of ingredients and simmer.

Serve and enjoy!

My grandma used to make this Cuban recipe with wine instead of beef broth on special occasions.
