Crumbl Sugar Cookies

Recipe

Soft and buttery sugar cookie base topped with the best pink almond frosting.

Flour

Sugar

INGREDIENTS

Butter

+

Baking Powder

+

Eggs

+

Vanilla Extract

+

Almond Extract

+

Powdered Sugar

+

Milk

+

Food Coloring

Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add wet ingredients to the mix.

In a separate bowl, whisk the dry ingredients.

Combine wet and dry Ingredients

Portion out the dough, roll them into a ball and gently press down on the middle.

Bake for 9-12 minutes.

For the icing, beat the butter until smooth and fluffy.

Gradually, add all the ingredients and mix until incorporated.

Spread some of the frosting on each cookie while they are still slightly warm

Serve and enjoy!

Don’t over-bake the cookies.  Crumbl cookies are notoriously soft and moist (and a tad under-baked in my opinion).
