Baked Tofu

with Peanut Dipping Sauce

Seriously, this is the only way to have tofu! That peanut dipping sauce is to die for, my kids and husband enjoyed this which is a rarity 😉

Oil

INGREDIENTS

Firm Tofu

+

Cornstarch

+

Sesame Oil

+

Garlic Powder

+

Soy Sauce

+

Peanut Butter

+

Lime Juice

+

Garlic Clove

+

Ginger

+

Press the tofu to squeeze as much moisture as possible.

Pat the tofu dry with paper towels and cut into cubes.

Season the tofu and marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Place the cornstarch in a zip top bag and toss the tofu to coat.

Place the coated tofu cubes onto a lined baking sheet and bake.

For the peanut sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and you are done.

Serve and enjoy!

Use firm or extra firm tofu. Silken, soft or medium tofu are not good options for this recipe.
