Chicken Pesto Pasta

Husband said this one is a keeper to put on the dinner rotation. It was very easy to make and simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

Pesto Sauce

Chicken Breast

+

Broth

+

Pasta

+

Onions and Garlic

+

Half and Half

+

Butter

+

Flour

+

Italian Seasoning

Garlic Powder

Season the chicken.

Cook the chicken until golden brown, then set aside.

Melt the butter, saute the onions and add the garlic.

Add the broth to the skillet and deglaze it by scraping the bottom with a wooden spoon.

Add the pesto, half and half and garlic powder and simmer.

Return the chicken and simmer.

Add the pasta and toss gently.

Serve and enjoy!
