Cranberry Orange Muffins

This turned out great. We all liked them and they were gone in no time.

INGREDIENTS

Brown Sugar

Confectioners' Sugar

Greek Yogurt

+

Granulated Sugar

+

Flour and Milk

+

Baking Soda

+

Butter and Eggs

+

Baking Powder

+

Vanilla Extract

Ground Cinnamon

Salt

Beat the butter until creamy and light.

Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and beat again.

Stir in the yogurt, eggs, vanilla and orange zest and mix well.

Combine the dry ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and combine.

Fold in the cranberries.

Spoon the batter into the muffin pan and bake.

To make the glaze, whisk together the confectioners’ sugar and orange juice.

Serve and enjoy!

Keep your ingredients at room temperature. The batter will mix easily and more evenly.
