Cranberry Orange Bread

INGREDIENTS

Fresh Cranberries

Buttermilk

Cake Flour

Orange Juice

Confectioner's Sugar

Process orange peel and sugar in a food processor until finely ground.

Make the bread batter by mixing the dry and wet ingredients together.

Fold in the fresh cranberries.

Turn the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing out the top. Bake for 50-55 minutes.

Make the glaze and spread it over the cooled bread.

Garnish with candied cranberries and orange zest.

Serve and enjoy!

If you don’t have cake flour at home, you can make your own. For every cup of flour, remove 2 tablespoons and replace it with corn starch. Easy peasy!
