This easy to make Apple Bread will become a favorite fall treat and one of the best quick breads you’ll ever bake!

Flour

INGREDIENTS

Vanilla Extract

Ground Cinnamon

Salt

Milk

Apples

Confectioner's Sugar

Combine dry ingredients.

Using a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter, sugar and vanilla together.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until incorporated.

Mix wet and dry ingredients.

In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and apples.

To make the topping, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon.

Pour half of the batter into the loaf baking pan and top it with half of the apple mixture.

With a knife, swirl through the batter lightly, and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.

Bake for about 45 minutes, remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool.

Drizzle glaze over the bread.
