Chocolate Pecan Pie

I've tried your pie crust recipe before and it always turns out amazing. And the ooey gooey filling of this pecan pie...so good! This recipe is a keeper.

Light Corn Syrup

INGREDIENTS

Dark Brown Sugar

Pecans

+

Eggs

+

Semisweet Chocolate Chips

+

Butter

+

Bourbon

+

Pie Crust (Recipe Provided)

Vanilla Extract

+

Salt

Make the pie crust (recipe provided)

Place the dough on a 9-inch pie plate and rim off any excess at the edge of the crust.

Pre bake the pie crust according to instructions.

Whisk all the ingredients (but the pecans) in a large mixing bowl.

Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips and mix to combine.

Transfer the filling into the pie crust and bake again.

Serve and enjoy!

If you notice that the edges of the crust are getting too browned too quickly, tent the pie with aluminum foil.
