INGREDIENTS

Casarecce Pasta

+

Cherry Tomatoes

+

Ricotta Cheese

+

Lemon Zest

+

Basil Pesto

+

Basil and Red Pepper Flakes

+

Italian Seasoning

+

Olive Oil

+

Parmesan Cheese

+

Salt and Black Pepper

Combine the ricotta, chopped basil, lemon zest and chili flakes.

Heat the oil and cook the onions and veggies stirring frequently.

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Toss all the ingredients together and season to taste.

Serve and enjoy!

Don’t overcook the pasta. The pasta should be cooked just al dente so although is tender, it should have a somewhat firm bite.
