INGREDIENTS

Evaporated Milk

Sweetened Condensed Milk

Lime Juice

Line the bottom and the sides of a springform pan with parchment paper.

Blend the wet ingredients until it reaches a creamy consistency.

Spread some of the lime cream mixture into the pan and top with a layer of maria cookies.

Continue layering until there are no more ingredients left.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Carefully remove the cake from the pan and place it on a platter.

Decorate the cake with whipped cream.

Serve and enjoy!

You can substitute galletas marías with layers of vanilla wafers, vanilla biscuits or graham crackers.
