Chicken Meatballs

This has become my new favorite meatball recipe! Hands down.

Red Bell Pepper

INGREDIENTS

Panko Bread Crumbs

Cajun Seasoning

+

Parmesan Cheese

+

Egg and Butter

+

Garlic and Onion

+

Ground Chicken

+

Chicken Broth

+

Heavy Cream

+

Flour

+

Parsley

In a bowl mix together all the meatball ingredients.

Form the meatballs and place them on a plate or sheet pan.

Working in batches, brown the meatballs on all sides.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and cook the cajun sauce.

Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer until cooked through.

Stir in the cream and turn off the heat. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Serve and enjoy!

You can make these meatballs with ground turkey or ground lamb also.
