Garlic Butter Pasta

Don’t let the simplicity of this recipe fool you! This vegetarian dinner option is full of flavor.

Butter

Garlic

Cook the pasta.

Reserve some of the pasta cooking water and then drain the pasta but don’t rinse it.

Melt some of the butter, add garlic and sauté lightly stirring frequently.

Add the pasta to the skillet and toss.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Add some of the pasta water and the remaining butter.

Serve and enjoy!

Sauté the garlic over low heat. Flavoring the butter slowly, without browning the garlic is important.
