INGREDIENTS

Chili Powder

Ground Cumin

Cayenne Pepper

+

Paprika

+

Lemon Juice

+

Baby Back Ribs

+

Brown Sugar

+

Garlic Powder

+

Onion Powder

Black Pepper

Remove the thin membrane (silver skin) from the underside (bone side).

In a small bowl whisk together the homemade spice mix.

Brush the liquid smoke and then apply the mix to the ribs.

Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake.

Remove the ribs from the oven, brush the BBQ sauce and continue baking.

Brush the bbq sauce again and broil until bubbly. Flip and repeat.

Serve and enjoy!

To prevent chewy meat, always remove the membrane from the back side of the ribs (bone side). This is an important step for tender and delicious ribs.
