Blackened Fish Tacos

This recipe is so easy to make! The process is simple and there is no need to make a batter or to deep fry anything.

INGREDIENTS

Firm White Fish

Lime and Lime Juice

Shredded Cabbage

+

Tomato

+

Mango

+

Honey

+

Cilantro

Corn Tortilla

Blackening Seasoning (Recipe on the next slide)

In a small bowl, mix together the seasoning spices.

Sprinkle the blackened seasoning evenly over both sides of the fish filets.

Mix the Mango slaw.

Prepare the Lime Crema.

Place the fish on a hot pan and cook until the fish flakes easily.

Assemble the tacos, serve with the mango slaw and drizzle with lime crema.

Serve and enjoy!

Use any mild-flavored, firm white-flesh fish such as cod, tilapia, halibut, mahi-mahi or grouper.
