Corn Pudding

Like all your recipes this was a winner. Reminded me of my grandma’s corn casserole.

Whole Milk

INGREDIENTS

Jalapeno

+

Granulated Sugar

+

Yellow Cornmeal

+

Scallions

+

Eggs

+

Corn

+

Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Stir together the corn, scallions, jalapeno, sugar, cornmeal and salt.

In a separate bowl or whisk together the milk, eggs and cheese.

Stir the egg mixture into the corn mixture and mix to combine.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake.

Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Serve and enjoy!

If using canned corn, drain and rinse the corn before mixing with the rest of the ingredients.
