Beef with Broccoli

INGREDIENTS

Sesame Oil

Cornstarch

Baking Soda

+

Oyster Sauce

+

Rice Wine

+

Garlic

+

Soy Sauce

Broccoli Florets

Whisk the marinade  ingredients in a medium bowl.

Slice the beef into thin strips, add them to the marinade and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Add the marinated beef and garlic and cook in a skillet stirring constantly.

Turn the heat to medium and add the broccoli florets.

In a small bowl, stir together the sauce ingredients and pour it over the beef and broccoli.

Stir constantly until the sauce starts to thicken and turn into a nice glaze.

Serve and enjoy!

Freeze the beef for about 30 minutes before slicing. The beef firms up and it’s easier to slice.
