Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I thought I didn’t like Brussels sprouts until I tried this recipe. Even my daughter ate them happily.

Bacon or Pancetta

Garlic

Pistachios

Balsamic Glaze

Brussel Sprouts

Place the Brussel sprouts, pancetta and garlic on a sheet pan.

Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and spread out in a single layer.

Roast for 20 minutes, tossing once halfway through the cooking.

Remove from the oven and drizzle with the Balsamic glaze.

Serve and enjoy!

You can make your own Balsamic glaze by reducing (boiling down) Balsamic vinegar until syrupy.
