Cold, refreshing, and just sweet enough, this Frozen Margarita is made for hot summer days and backyard get-together!

Lime Wedges

INGREDIENTS

Simple Syrup or Agave Syrup

Ice

+

Salt

+

Triple Sec or Cointreau

+

Fresh Lime Juice

+

Tequila

Rim the glasses with lime and salt, then set aside or chill in the freezer.

Add the tequila, lime juice, triple sec, sweetener, and ice to a blender.

Blend until slushy and pourable. Adjust the sweetness if needed.

Pour immediately into the prepared glasses and garnish with lime wedges.

Start with less sweetener. For a tart margarita, start with 2 tablespoons. For a smoother, more balanced drink, use 3-4 tablespoons. Frozen cocktails often taste less sweet once blended with ice, so taste and adjust before serving.
