INGREDIENTS

Chicken Breasts

Balsamic Vinegar

Lemon Juice

Basil

Garlic

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for more even cooking.

In a large bowl or resealable bag, whisk together all the balsamic marinade.

Add the chicken and toss until evenly coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Transfer the chicken to a plate and allow it to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing or serving.

Serve and enjoy!

Don’t marinate the chicken for more than 4 hours. The marinade contains acid (vinegar and lemon juice) which can change the texture of the chicken.
